KYC Verification

Attempting to open multiple accounts from a single device or household may be flagged as multi-accounting, and all associated accounts risk being closed.
03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

- The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- CX88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
Please Note: If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus in question and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
05 Betting Rules

- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

- A maximum bet limit applies per event and may vary from player to player.
Event Cancellation & Postponement Rules
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.
- If an event is suspended, a decision will be made in accordance with CX88's policy.
- Winnings will be credited to your account only after the result has been officially confirmed.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cx88 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Misuse of the bonus system or coordinated bonus hunting.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Use of funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the CX88 system.
- Fraudulent activity involving other players.
If suspicious activity is detected, CX88 may place the account under immediate investigation, during which all transactions will be suspended.
07 Limitation of Liability

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
CX88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, particularly in cases of rule violations. Equally, users may close their own account at any time.

- Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
- Any valid funds will be returned through the designated process.
